Learning the needs & wants from different types of people had a wonderful effect on my ability to represent sellers in the sale of their home. Preparing your home for market to get the highest possible price is truly an art. As agents, we all paint the picture differently. The market is constantly shifting & prices fluctuate as do interest rates. It's my job to be up to date on these shifts & be able to provide accurate information so that when a client is going to put time (and potentially money) into a real estate transaction, they have the information needed to make an educated decision.

In 2016, I represented 18 sellers. My highest sold property was $870,000 and my low was $165,000. Average listing price was $361,714 and my average SOLD price was $363,417. My average "days on market (DOM)" before seller accepting an offer was 10 days. I owe a lot of that credit to my stagers for walking my sellers through the process of room presentation and maximizing space. That plays a huge part in getting the highest possible dollar for each home that I sell.
